Background

I am a software security engineer living in North Carolina. My background is in network security. While adding new tools to my cyber security skillset, I discovered a love of coding. I graduated from PDX Code Guild with a Full Stack Web Developer Certificate in October 2022. To view my training and certifications on credly, click here.

The first twenty years of my career in information technology I served in the US Military. During that time I filled a variety of roles in cyber and electronics with a focus on network security. I also attended Park University where I achieved a B.S. in Social Psychology. The combination of networking, security and psychology in addition to a love of solving puzzles has served me well in offensive cyber security and I look forward to extending that to coding as well.
